Yor Anei will transfer from Oklahoma State to SMU, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Anei, who will be a junior next season, will file a waiver to gain immediate eligibility to be able to play for the Mustangs during the 2020-21 season. The 6-foot-10 center averaged 8.1 points-per-game, 4.7 rebounds-per-game and 1.9 blocks-per-game last season for the Cowboys. If he stayed in Stillwater, Anei likely would’ve been OSU’s starting center.
The Mustangs went 19–11 (9–9 American Athletic Conference) this past season, their fourth under head coach Tim Jankovich.
