OSU mines and relies on the talent from Texas annually, mainly because Texas’ talent pool is 50 times bigger. But the home-grown players have become more and more valuable for OSU in recent cycles, and they have a chance to capitalize on that influx of local talent in 2019 (as they have already with Grayson Boomer and Demarco Jones) and also in 2020.
