Oklahoma State currently trails Iowa State 39-36 after the first half of their first Big 12 Tournament game. It was... not a great half, and to be honest, the Cowboys are lucky to only be down three points.
I had some thoughts during the first 20 minutes.. Here’s seven.
- There are a LOT of Iowa State fans in Kansas City. To call this a “neutral” game, would be inaccurate.
- If the Cowboys are going to win this one, they HAVE to play better defense. At one point, the Cyclones were shooting 70 percent from the field.
