A week after being tabbed a 3-point underdog yet winning on the road by a single point, oddsmakers this week are showing a tad more respect for Oklahoma State, as the Cowboys open the week as 6-point favorites to topple Kansas State on Saturday in the team’s conference-opener.
The Cowboys opened as 7.5-point favorites at William Hill and as big as 9-point favorites elsewhere. The line has been bet down to 6 or 6.5 points at most sportsbooks.
OSU is 0-2 against the spread this season as a home favorite with one-possession wins over Missouri State and Tulsa despite being double-digit favorites in both contests.
