One of the tidbits of news to come out of OSU’s fall media availability of fall camp was that former walk-on wide receiver Landon Wolf has been placed on scholarship.
Senior quarterback Taylor Cornelius stated that Wolf was just “put on” while talking about his journey from walk-on to scholarship player following Sunday’s practice. “It’s awesome for him,” Cornelius said. This was later confirmed by The Daily Oklahoman.
“He deserves it, by all means,” Cornelius continued. “That guy’s unbelievable. He’s so quick and twitchy. He’s going to be a big-time receiver this year.
