FORT WORTH — With under a minute left against TCU, Austin Reaves passed the ball to Brady Manek behind the 3-point arc.
Manek immediately put up the shot and watched it go in, tying the game at 76 points. It was just the second time the junior forward had scored in the game after being shut out for the first 38 minutes.
“That was big time,” redshirt junior guard Reaves said. “That’s the type of player he is. He makes big shots.”
Manek didn’t score until there were about two minutes left in the game, but his two 3-pointers helped OU to a 78-76 win over TCU.
