All of the coaching vacancies in college football’s Power 5 conferences have been filled. That doesn’t mean there won’t be. It just means the current openings have been filled.
There was great stability in the Big 12 (no coaching changes), the ACC (one of 14) and the Big Ten (one of 14).
But the turnover was great in the Pac-12 (four of 12) and the SEC (six of 14, counting Ole Miss’ Matt Luke, who was interim this season, a tag that has since been removed).
So it got me to thinking. Is that an aberration?
