Oklahoma State senior Jeffrey Carroll has not allowed one poor performance to lead to another.
Carroll led the Cowboys in scoring in Saturday's 83-81 overtime victory over Oklahoma. After scoring eight points in a loss to Baylor on Monday, he had 23 on Saturday.
In the past two seasons, Carroll has scored in single-digits eight times; he's followed seven of those games with a 20-point performance.
Carroll, a redshirt senior, said it might have been the most memorable game he has played in Gallagher-Iba Arena.
"We fought for 45 minutes," Carroll said. "There was just so much emotion and so much passion and pride from us tonight.
