Right guard Gabe Jackson, still nursing a foot injury, remained limited in practice Thursday. But offensive coordinator Todd Downing sounded confident in Jon Feliciano, who replaced Jackson, if he is called on to start his second game in a row.
“Jon did a great job,” Downing said. “He brings a tenacity and effort that I think a lot of teams would like to have. Seeing him out there and playing as hard as he did, and being able to grasp the game plan and prepare as a backup center and a guard and be so well-rounded, showed his versatility.
