The feel good story that is Darren Waller continues to get better. Waller became the second tight end in Raiders history to surpass 1,000 yards receiving in a single season. His 8 catch, 122-yard performance puts him at 1,001 yards on the season.
Waller is having an All-Pro caliber season. Among all tight ends, he ranks second in yards (1,001) and third in receptions (80). At only 27 years of age, the Raiders were wise to lock him up through the 2023 season.
Now, if they could only get some wide receivers to compliment him.
