The Oakland Raiders are reportedly planning on making a "surprise" selection with the fourth-overall pick of the 2019 NFL Draft Thursday night.

On Friday, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported that general manager Mike Mayock and head coach Jon Gruden had "sent their scouts home for the weekend and they are not expected to return by draft time," and the "the belief is they don't know who to trust and wanted to clear the room."
