James Cowser Shows Off Mandarin Skills, Enjoys Traditional Chinese Dim Sum

James Cowser is a man of many talents.

After a record-breaking college career at Southern Utah, the dynamic edge rusher signed with the Oakland Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2016, eventually appearing in eight games during his rookie season.

Cowser’s interests off the field are varied. Not only does he speak fluent Mandarin, but after spending an extended period of time living in China doing missionary work, the current Raider also formed a lifelong passion for not only Chinese culture, but Chinese cuisine as well.

Recently, Cowser took a trip to Hong Kong East Ocean Seafood Restaurant for an authentic Dim Sum experience, and you’re going to want to see some of the interesting food he was served.
