For the second year in a row, the Oakland Raiders will hold multiple first round draft picks in the annual NFL Draft. Last year, the Raiders brought in three very good players in the first round, including Clelin Ferrell, the No. 4 overall pick this past April.
Oakland finished off their first round by adding Alabama running back Josh Jacobs, who has been one of the better offensive rookies in football so far this year, and safety Johnathan Abram. Unfortunately, Abram was injured in the first game of the season, leaving the defensive backfield without a leader.
Overall, it was a solid class of players, and the Raiders need to continue to keep building as they make their move to Las Vegas.
