CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Exciting and explosive are the two words that bear the description of the 2017 University of Northern Iowa wide receivers.
First-year assistant coach Pat McCann gets the chance to mold this group of talented pieces for the Panther football squad.
"This group of receivers is really talented, but they also have diverse skill sets," McCann said. "They allow us flexibility scheme-wise to get them the ball – which is the fun part. Our goal as a group is to be complete, fundamentally sound receivers, because that is required on every down to consistently be on the field.
