CEDAR FALLS, Iowa - In a continued effort to strengthen community outreach, the University of Northern Iowa women's basketball team volunteered at the Salvation Army Wednesday.
"The opportunity for us to give back is such a blessing," head coach Tanya Warren said. "There's nothing better than serving others any time, but especially this time of year."
The trip to the Salvation Army marks the sixth-consecutive year that the Panther women's basketball squad has helped serve food to those in need.
