UNI Swim and Dive Continues to Perform Strong at Kansas Classic

LAWRENCE, Kansas—The University of Northern Iowa women's swimming and diving team sits in fourth place after 12 events at the Kansas Classic.

Junior Crystal Florman would swim into first-place in the 100 butterfly, timing in at 54.23.

Katie Taylor continued her domination of the pool, earning first-place in the 400 IM with a time of 4:17.42. Taylor was just shy of first-place in the 100 backstroke, swimming a 54.73.

Taylor and Florman would meet up with Molly Lembezeder and Moriah Ross in the 200 medley relay for second-place, timing in at 1:42.
