CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa softball team continues its run of out-of-state tournaments as the team heads to Tuscaloosa, Alabama to take part in the Easton Bama Bash.
The Panthers, enjoying early success in the 2018 season, will open the tournament Friday against Florida State (11:00 a.m. CT) and Georgia State (1:30 p.m. CT). The Saturday matchups for UNI will be Georgia State (11:00 a.m. CT) and the host team, Alabama (1:30 p.m. CT). The Panthers will close out the tournament on Sunday against the Florida State Seminoles (11:00 a.m. CT).
Florida State owns a 9-2 record coming into the Bama Bash.
