CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa track and field program capped its opening day at the Drake Relays on Wednesday, with the Panthers competing in the decathlon and heptathlon.
UNI's Brooke Lorenz sits in second place for the heptathlon, after scoring 2,974 points on Wednesday. The junior finished runner up in the high jump and 200 to cap her stellar day on the track. Chaley Rath is not far behind at fourth overall, after she claimed first in the high jump with a mark of 5-06.
