UNI Falls Short Against Bradley 4-3

WATERLOO, Iowa—The University of Northern Iowa women's tennis teams fell short against Bradley this afternoon, 4-3.

The Panthers started strong winning the doubles point at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots. Harri Proudfoot and Valentina Caro defeated Malini Wijesinghe and Alexa Brandt 7-6 (4). In the No. 3 doubles spot, Claudia Toledo and Savanna Hunt defeated Victoria Gonzales and Kinga Kovacs 6-4.

At the No. 3 singles spot, Toledo would defeat Wijesinghe in three sets, 6-7, 2-6, 6-4. Proudfoot would have the third point for the Panthers defeated Brandt 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
