CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The University of Northern Iowa football team held its 13th practice of the spring on Monday, as the Panthers posted another successful day inside the UNI-Dome.
UNI was in shorts and pads on Monday, with only a one sessions left before Friday's spring game. The Panthers looked sharp on Monday afternoon, as the squad focused on fundamental drills and one-on-one work.
The 2018 Panthers will return 26 players who made starts on offense and defense for UNI in 2017. Last year's squad earned an 8-5 record and defeated three Top-10 foes on its way to the program's 19th FCS Playoff berth.
