Series Against Missouri State Moved to Springfield

CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI Softball will once again be affected by Mother Nature, as the Panthers will delay their home opener for another week.

The Panthers were originally scheduled to face the Missouri State Bears at home, in the Robinson-Dresser Complex this weekend. Instead, due to inclement weather, the team will travel down to Springfield to play a three-game weekend series.

The teams will matchup Friday for a doubleheader, beginning at noon. Saturday's game will begin at 11 a.m. This allows UNI to get all three games in against Missouri State, while also avoiding any interferences with Easter Sunday.
