CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – After plowing the way for a dominating rushing attack against No. 7 South Dakota State, Northern Iowa sophomore Jackson Scott-Brown was named the Missouri Valley Football Conference Offensive Lineman of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Scott-Brown became the first UNI lineman since Jacob Appleman (Oct. 24, 2016) to earn the award, with the honor being the sophomore's first of his career.
The honor comes on the heels of UNI's 38-18 road upset against No. 7 SDSU. The Panthers earned 218 yards on the ground, while finishing the game with 387 total yards for the game.
