TOPEKA, Kansas--Records continue to fall at Day 2 of the Big Challenge for the UNI Swimming team. The Panthers are in fourth place after two days of competition.
Freshman Katie Taylor continued to polish her resume with multiple records falling today. Taylor broke the record in the four minutes, twenty-five seconds and thirty-three hundredths of a second in the 400 IM and an 8th place finish. Taylor breaks the 100 backstroke record with a time of 56.65, good for a 7th place finish.
Taylor, Moriah Ross, Crystal Florman and Molly Lembezeder teamed up for a 5th place in the 200 medley relay, timing in at 1:43.
