ORLANDO, Fla.—The University of Northern Iowa women's tennis team posted a 5-2 victory over Fairfield University.
Sydney Wolfe and Gisela Kemper paired up to defeat Emily Lombardi and Karen McKeough of Fairfield, 6-4 in the No. 2 doubles spot. Eve Small and Savanna Hunt posted a doubles victory in the No. 3 spot, posting a 7-6 (7-1) win over Shelby Vertula and Meghan Zimmer.
In singles action, Kemper, Wolfe and Small were victorious in their respective matches. Kemper posted a 6-2, 6-0 decision over Diana Prinos.
