CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – UNI track and field will have Panthers competing in multiple national events in the next two weeks.
Jessie Heims is headed to the Desert Challenge Games after setting the American record in the women's paralympic discus twice this year. Heims, a freshman, is expected to compete in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes in addition to the discus throw.
