The University of Northern Iowa department of athletics has announced the implementation of Panther Points (priority points system) as well as a reseat for men's basketball in the McLeod Center for the 2018-2019 season.
"When I arrived at UNI last year, we spent a considerable amount of time evaluating our program," UNI Director of Athletics David Harris said. "A significant part of that process was listening to the feedback of our student-athletes, staff and supporters. It became clear very quickly that we needed to continue to improve scholarship opportunities for our student-athletes.
