Jeremy Morgan is changing plans.
The former Northern Iowa standout is now scheduled to head to the NBA Summer League with the Memphis Grizzlies, after it was previously announced that he'd be playing there for the Golden State Warriors.
After Morgan went undrafted Thursday night, the UNI basketball account tweeted Friday morning that he'd be joining Golden State’s summer league squad. Hoops Hype writer Alex Kennedy reported the same Sunday afternoon, but Morgan said the Grizzlies “offered me a little better deal.”
“I think Memphis is the one we’re going with,” he said.
