PEORIA, Illinois - The Bradley Braves used a 22-3 run in the second half to overcome a halftime deficit and score a 72-53 victory over the University of Northern Iowa men's basketball team on Sunday in Carver Arena.
Bradley (11-4, 1-1 MVC) trailed UNI at the half, 33-32. Bradley led by as many as seven points in the opening 20 minutes before the Panthers closed the half on a 9-2 run to take the one-point lead into intermission.
UNI (8-6, 0-2 MVC) opened up a 39-34 lead in the second half on a triple from sophomore guard Isaiah Brown with 16:54 left in the game.
