The brutality that oftentimes is training camp officially ended for North Carolina with an open practice for fans, students, and media members on Monday night. Following an off day Tuesday to welcome the first day of class, the Tar Heels returned to the Football Practice Facility on Wednesday with a bounce in their step, which is unusual for this time of year.
