CHAPEL HILL – Eighth-seeded North Carolina will face No. 12 seed Clemson on Tuesday, May 24, at 7 p.m. in its first game of the 2022 Atlantic Coast Conference Championship, the league announced Sunday morning. The Tar Heels will then take on No. 1 seed Virginia Tech on Friday, May 27 at 7 p.m. to close out pool A.
The ACC Baseball Championship will feature a pool-play format, leading into a four-team, single-elimination bracket to determine the league champion. Each team in the four pools will play one game against each of the other two opponents in its pool Tuesday through Friday (May 24-27).
