Armando Bacot has committed to North Carolina. The 2019 5-star center chose the Tar Heels over Duke, Georgia, Oklahoma State, and VCU. Bacot announced his decision via a video on Twitter on Thursday and becomes the second member of UNC's 2019 basketball recruiting class, joining point guard Jeremiah Francis.
