San Francisco 49ers running back Tevin Coleman was carted to the locker room early in the second quarter of Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Green Bay Packers with a shoulder injury.

His return to the game is listed as questionable.

Of note, San Francisco scored a touchdown on the play after Coleman was injured to extend its lead to 17-0.

Coleman's regular season began with an injury when he suffered a high ankle sprain on the 49ers' first play in the season opener against Tampa Bay. He was removed from the game at halftime, head coach Kyle Shanahan told reporters.
