TAMPA — Zack Britton replaced the “H” with a “K” at the end of his first name recently, but when it came to the left-handed reliever throwing batting practice to hitters Tuesday on the back field, nothing changed from other spring trainings.

“My mind-set doesn’t change,” said Britton, who signed a three-year deal worth $39 million to return to the Yankees and pitch in front of closer Aroldis Chapman instead of closing for other teams. “I don’t want people hitting me all over the park. It’s good to work on stuff. It felt good to have guys swinging.
