Brian Boyle’s agent, Rick Curran confirmed with Forever Blueshirts that the Rangers as well as many other teams have reached out to his client. No contract was discussed, but Boyle’s agent made it clear, “Brian’s not interested in a PTO at this time.”
If the Rangers do add it him, it will be to a standard contract. Per, Larry Brooks that doesn’t appear in the cards right now. They need to see what Brett Howden, Morgan Barron, and Kevin Rooney can do first before making that kind of decision.
