On the heels of signing Artemi Panarin, the Rangers made a depth signing today bringing in former Carolina Hurricanes forward Greg McKegg. McKegg split time last year between the Hurricanes and the Charlotte Checkers, Carolina’s AHL affiliate. In 41 NHL games, McKegg put up 6-5-11 while playing in a bottom six role.
