Wassup in Westchester: Ron Baker, Damyean Dotson play in W-Knicks loss

Ouch. If Friday night’s Westchester Knicks loss had happened to the big Knicks, we’d be feeling the hurt for days, if not weeks. The W-Bockers blew a 20-point lead to the Grand Rapids Drive in the fourth quarter, tied the game with seven seconds left on a miracle three from Isaiah Hicks, forced a miss on the final possession, but lost track of center Landry Nnoko, who tipped in the offensive rebound for the 97-95 win.

Isaiah Hicks (two-way contract): 35 points on 14-19 shooting (1-1 from beyond the arc), 10 rebounds

As with pretty much any power forward—or any non-rim protecting center, for that matter—Isaiah Hicks’ ability to find a place on an NBA roster may depend on his ability to develop a three-point shot.
