Just when it seemed as though free agency had reached its end, the New York Knicks made resounding noise on between Thursday, August 17 and Friday, August 18. It ended a stretch of relative silence by by signing three players to partially guaranteed contracts.
All three players will compete the the last remaining two-way contract, but a question fairly beckons: Who will win the final spot?
The three players whom New York signed were Jamel Artis, Nigel Hayes, and Xavier Rathan-Mayes. All three went undrafted in 2017, but managed to showcase intriguing upside at the Orlando Summer League with the Knicks.
