With Kristaps Porzingis’ brother Janis recently making it clear that Kristaps could end up leaving once his rookie contract expires, New York Knicks executives Scott Perry and Steve Mills were seen talking to him for 30 minutes. This went down prior to Wednesday night’s win over the Utah Jazz at the Garden, according to Marc Berman of the New York Post.
Janis also met with Knicks’ head coach Jeff Hornacek prior to Monday’s loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
I’m sure Janis still isn’t happy that Hornacek fired assistant coach Joshua Longstaff, who was one of Kristaps’ favorite coaches.
