Jeff Hornacek blasts Knicks for poor defense

All the New York Knicks had to do on Wednesday night against the Memphis Grizzlies was play defense and put together a good game and they would have come away with a win.

The Grizzlies were without their top three players in Mike Conley Jr., Marc Gasol and Chandler Parsons. There’s no reason they should have won, but they did because they put the effort forward that New York failed to.

After the game, Knicks’ head coach Jeff Hornacek blasted his players for their poor defensive performance.

“These guys have been stars at college,” Hornacek said, via the NY Post.
