Jets' Christopher Johnson 'disappointed' in President Donald Trump's remarks

FLORHAM PARK -- Christopher Johnson heard the comments made by President Donald Trump on Friday. The discouraging of peaceful protests before NFL games, the name-calling of those that have.

While he made no public comment in the immediate aftermath, it clearly didn't sit well with the acting CEO of the Jets.

"I was disappointed," Johnson told reporters after the Jets' 20-6 victory over the Dolphins on Sunday. "But I'm going to leave it to others to talk about. I was just glad that we were one team today, and we did really well, because we were one team.
