Jamal Adams’ dominance only creates bigger Jets conundrum

The Jets notched their second victory of the season Sunday, beating their stadium co-tenant Giants 34-27. Here are some thoughts and observations from the game:

1. After doing his talking on social media and to the traditional media two weeks ago, Jamal Adams did his talking with his play Sunday. Boy, did he make a statement.

Adams was dominant against the Giants. He had nine tackles, two sacks, two forced fumbles and the defining play of the game when he pick-pocketed Daniel Jones and then scored a touchdown.

The 24-year-old safety still is not in the class of Tom Brady or Aaron Donald, who he compared himself to a few weeks ago, but he made his case why the Jets should think twice about moving him this offseason.
