It will be nice when the New York Giants will finally get to have rookie second round pick, safety Xavier McKinney, on the field.
Unfortunately, McKinney suffered a broken foot during training camp and will still be out for some time. He was expected to be back by mid-November, but New York could end up holding him out longer in order to make sure he’s 100 percent healthy and ready to go.
“He’s doing a really good job in his rehab. I know the trainers are pleased with the progress he’s making,” said Giants’ head coach Joe Judge on Wednesday.
