According to Mike Garafolo of NFL Network, the New England Patriots are expected to release wide receiver Josh Gordon.
Gordon (knee) was placed on Injured Reserve which was expected to end his season.
But he believes he’s “close” to a return from injury, thus, leading to a parting of ways between the two parties.
