Through two games the New York Giants have allowed 63 total points and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 45 points. In both points for and against the Bucs have better numbers, which could indicate more overall quality. Of course, the opponents play a part, but the Bucs facing off against the 49ers and Carolina Panthers shows that they haven’t been void of quality opposition.
The Giants will need both the offense and defense to elevate their games if they wish to record their first win of the season. Rookie quarterback Daniel Jones needs to utilize his legs and active the deep ball to tight end, Evan Engram and Sterling Shepard.
