- New Orleans LB A.J. Klein is an Appleton, Wis. native and prepped at Kimberly (Wis.) HS.
- Packers G Jahri Evans was a fourth round draft pick of the Saints from 2006, starting 169 games at left guard for them from 2006-16 and being selected as an AP All-Pro four times and to the Pro Bowl six times. Evans is also a member of the club’s All50th team.
- Saints Quarterbacks Coach Joe Lombardi is the grandson of legendary Green Bay Head Coach Vince Lombardi.
- Saints Head Coach Sean Payton and Packers Defensive Line Coach Mike Trgovac served on the same coaching staff in Philadelphia.
