Matt Miller of Bleacher Report connects the Saints with Deebo Samuel out of South Carolina. Samuel was a monster for the Gamecocks, scoring six touchdowns in three games in 2017 as a receiver (three touchdown catches), runner (one scoring run), and kick returner (two touchdown returns) before suffering a broken leg.
