Taylor Hall scores 2 but leaves early as Devils rebound in win over Kings | Rapid reaction

The Devils got back on track in a big way against the NHL's hottest team.

Taylor Hall scored twice to pace a steady attack, while goalie Cory Schneider stopped 16 of the 17 shots he faced to help the Devils snap the Los Angeles Kings' eight-game winning streak with a 5-1 win on Tuesday at the Prudential Center in Newark.

Hall did leave the game in the third period. He took an awkward hit early in the frame from Kings defenseman Kurtis MacDermid, where Hal's right legs whipped up and out. Hall stayed in the game but took his last shift at 14:16, and he did not return over the final five minutes after leaving the bench.
