Former New England Patriots’ OL Ted Karras eager to see what wrinkle Bill Belichick will throw at his Miami Dolphins

Ted Karras loved playing for Bill Belichick.

In four years in New England, the cerebral center filled notebooks with things he learned listening to the legendary coach. He’d pay attention to the game plan, not just his or the offensive line’s part of it. He wanted to see what Belichick saw and how he used it to create his attack on an opponent.

Karras is still curious. But he doesn’t get a sneak peek this time. Karras, who had previously been a reserve interior lineman stepped as New England’s starting center in 2019 when David Andrews was lost of the season with blood clotting issues.
