The Nebraska Cornhuskers roster has seen one of the best influxes of talent in program history this fall, at least in the modern recruiting era, but disappointing back to back 14th place finishes in the league standings the past two seasons seem to have media in a wait and see approach heading into year three of the Fred Hoiberg era. Nebraska was picked to finish No. 11 in the preseason media poll released earlier today.
The full league vote results are below. Michigan received the same number of points in ballots as Purdue, but received one more first place vote, giving the Wolverines the narrow edge over the Boilermakers.
