With the NHL Trade Deadline less than two weeks away, no two teams fates are locked more than the Winnipeg Jets and Nashville Predators. The two clubs faced each other in a grueling seven-game second round series last season and appear on a playoff collision course, separated by just four points for the Central Division lead going into Thursday’s action. Both are reportedly looking for an impact player that will help put them over the top and represent the Western Conference in the Stanley Cup Final and if one makes a move before February 25, it is likely that the other will counter that move to stay competitive.
